Event Volunteers

 

Registration is NOW OPEN to sign up and join 12 Parish Challenge Crew for 2023!

If you are supporting us for the first time, welcome aboard and to those of you who are returning, thank you – we really appreciate your support. The difference you make to the event is priceless. If you want to help create something spectacular in 2022 and play a part in making a difference to many participants, then you are in the right place!

With our event starting and finishing at the Hallow Scout Hut,  we have lots of exciting volunteer roles to choose from. If you’re got the spark to inspire every walker & runner or the passion to support individuals and families to achieve something amazing, we’d love you to join us

Volunteer Roles

You can choose to be at the Start/Finish area of the event to cheer the runners off the start line, or welcome them home at the end to share in their elation. Alternatively, you could join us on the course  helping man the Check points along the route

We have a number of exciting volunteer roles available for the 12 Parish challenge 2023. Check these out from the list below and select Intrested In Volunteering button below and lets us know your preferred options.

Roles:-

 

  • On the Day Registration at the Scout Hut 5:30 Am - 9:30am

  • On Course at one of our 6 Check points

  • Car park marshalling 5:30am - 9:00am

  • Finish Support Team at the Scout Hut 2 Hour slots from 10:30am

  • Pre-event Food Prep Night before at the Scout hut

  • After event collecting route Markers

 

Volunteer Briefing Information

Once you’ve contacted us to let us know that you are interested in helping be it couple of hours to all day, you can relax and we will do the rest. Our Volunteer Coordinator will be in touch to find our more about the areas you would like to help in. Whatever your role, we will provide you with lots important information in the lead up to the event
